I never heard of this disease so I googled it. I posted the link below, but this website suggests its genetic. From my understanding of the article, they believe it may be genetic because certain groups are more susceptible to get this disease (women and people of Asian descent being the most susceptible). Also, people with siblings who have Meniere's Disease is ten times as likely to have this disease as well. But as both Mrs. White and the article says, there is no known cause for the disease.
